TERMS AND CONDITIONS & REFUND POLICY
The Wine Country Tour Shuttle adheres to a no refund policy for charters, tours, and other trips purchased in advance. Once a purchase is made, we reserve shuttles and reject other customers who ask to reserve shuttles on your dates of travel. However, we will offer you a tour credit for the number of passengers up to 2 years for all of our tours. We will email you a voucher that makes mention of this credit. <see below for more information on vouchers>.
2 Year Credit Vouchers Policy for Bookings made on a Monday - Thursday.
2 year credit vouchers are broken up into two separate kinds of vouchers:
- Customers that give us 48 hours notice (prior to their tour date) requesting the voucher.
- Customers who fail to show up for the tour or request the voucher at check-in.
Customers who give us 48 hours notice requesting a 2 year credit voucher can select any tour (7 days per week) for an amount equal or lesser value. Please note that this 2 year credit is a generous offer from a "reservation only" tour operator.
Customers who don't give us 48 hours notice when requesting the credit voucher can select tours on Monday - Thursday only. Further, a change order fee will be applied and due at the time of tour check-in. <see fee schedule below>
2 Year Credit Vouchers Policy for Bookings made on a Friday - Saturday.
- Customers who book theirs tours with us on Friday through Sunday are under a no refund policy/no change order/no voucher policy.
- With 48 hours notice, however, you can change your date or tour time with NO change order fee!
Changing Dates and/or Tour Times Policy
When you change your tour date and time, please keep in mind that in most cases would have sold your seat that you're now not wanting so our policy for changing dates and times are as follows:
Change Order Fees Schedule:
Change your tour date/time 48 hours prior to tour time - free of charge (no fees).
Change your tour date/time within the 48 hour period - are $12.50 per person.
Please note there are NO "<48 hour change orders" allowed for reservations booked for a Friday/Saturday or Sunday.
The change order fee will be collected at the time of tour check-in.
Please note: Giving us 48 hours notice this gives us ample time to re-sell your seat,
so we're happy to offer you another tour time or date with no fee.
